Evening Support Group
Small Steps has been designed by Charlotte with help from other group members/clients.
The group will give you the support you need through your rocky path, with no judgement and no stigma on your journey.
This over 18's group will also give you group support/self-care tools & coping techniques for stress and anxiety with a mindful approach.
Check-in weekly with the small steps chart where you will pick what number you feel you are so Sunflowers is aware of how you are feeling. Charts will be logged and shared with individuals on week 6 and week 12 privately with the attendee.
Our current Small Steps course is full, but spaces are available for the next group so get in touch!
