The Well-being callers came about because of COVID-19. We realised quickly that people didn't necessarily need anything more than just someone to talk to! 

The role of the well-being caller is to check-in with one or multiple clients periodically and just have a friendly supportive chat about whatever they want to. The calls vary depending on the need of the client, but we can work with whatever time you can give us! If its 1 call a week or more we will fit it around you.

We are looking for friendly, compassionate volunteers who would like to volunteer a couple of hours a week at our main office in Hailsham.
This involves answering the phone, sending emails, welcoming clients, making tea / coffee and assisting counsellors and what ever else you can keep yourself busy doing! :)

NEW We are looking for someone who like walking and being outside and enjouys mindfulness and wellbeing to be able to help us set up a weekly wellbeing walk in Uckfield.

We are looking for someone with experience to apply for funding! We rarely get time to apply for funding applications we are actually not very good at it with very limited experience and need someone who knows what they are doing or is willing to go on training to learn!
